  • Affymetrix chip analysis of genes upregulated in p14 Clcn7−/− mouse hippocampus in comparison to WT. Quantification is given as ‘fold change’ (FC), indicating the increase in KO mice compared to WT. The upregulation of all shown genes was confirmed by real‐time RT–PCR.
